The area of land allocated for the construction of the hotel - 0.5 hectares.
The site is located in the center of Novosibirsk.

Project Concept
The completion in 2010 of the construction of a modern 4-star hotel complex with an inventory of 189 rooms, under the management of the network hotel operator Hilton, and a class «A» business center.
- The total area of the hotel - 11 007 sq.m.
- The total area of the business center - 14 909 sq.m.
- The complex has an underground parking lot with 175 parking spaces, an area of 5031 sq.m.
- The total area of the hotel complex with the business center and underground parking - 25916 sq.m.
The hotel complex comprises of 3 conference rooms, meeting rooms, two restaurants and a cafe-bar. In addition, the hotel complex includes: a gym, SPA-salon, beauty salon, laundry and dry cleaning.
During the construction and decoration of the complex, modern high-quality construction and finishing materials were used, as well as the latest technological equipment to ensure a high level of comfort for both hotel guests and for those working in the business center.
